Community Based Clinical Education (CBCE)

The Community Based Clinical Education (CBCE) Program is offered by the Southern California University of Health Sciences to expand the opportunities for learning and professional growth among our clinical students before graduation.

This program allows students to complete their clinical training by working closely with an experienced private practitioner who serves as a clinical teacher, role model, and mentor. Clinical students learn first-hand about the realities of private practice, the challenges as well as the rewards. They take the basic clinical skills they have developed in our rigorous academic program and integrate them with the important skills needed to run a successful practice and business.
